Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is small but beautiful, spotlessly clean thanks to Laura from housekeeping. The room had two single beds pushed together, tight for space but more than enough for single occupancy. Late check-in at 15:20 was a downside. The location is the big winner, conveniently close to the central train station and Bahnhofstrasse shopping area.
The hotel's room pricing may be high for UK patrons, but it was quite basic yet adequately functional for our needs, aligning well with the reasonable room rate. While a bit cramped due to excess furniture, the rooms were tidy, comfortable, and functional overall.
The hotel offers a warm welcome with fruits, chocolates, and sparkling water in the clean rooms. The staff is very courteous and cooperative, though noise from early morning arguments can be a downside. Its location is perfect for exploring Zurich, just minutes away from the main train station. Dining is exceptional, especially dinner upon late arrival. However, the frugality in dining might not suit everyone.
The hotel's room size was a bit smaller than expected and could use some renovation, but it had some unnecessary items that seemed to aim at boosting their rating. On the positive side, the service was friendly and quick to respond to our needs. The location was superb, near the central street and main railway station, yet quiet. The dining experience was average, and the facilities need some improvement.
The hotel offers sparkling and practical rooms, though they can feel a bit cramped. The service is friendly and very helpful, ensuring a courteous and cooperative experience. The location is perfect for exploring Zurich, being only a short walk from the main train station. The dining experience is exceptional, with a splendid breakfast and close proximity to shopping and dining options.
The hotel had comfortable and well-equipped rooms, albeit small due to its central city location. The service was incredible, although lacking in initial communication about deposit charges. The location was very central with easy access to transportation. The dining experience was fairly plain. Overall, a good value for a stay in the heart of the city.
